Easy Spring Skin Care Tips For Perfect Cleansing

Spring is here and with this new season comes the perfect opportunity to reassess and improve on your skincare routine. As we emerge from winter, our skin has to adjust from cold to warmer weather. With the warmer temperature and higher sun exposure, this means that what we used in winter may not work for spring. Therefore, it is important to update the skincare routine.

The secret to having a glowing complexion is having a new skincare routine for spring. While winter is all about using rich skincare formula to pamper our skin, our spring routine should work to boost our complexion’s radiance with glow-boosting textures.

  1. Remove the dead skin

When the weather gets warmer, we start to shed layers of clothing. The same goes with our dry skin. To remove the outermost layer of dead skin cell, we have to exfoliate. This process will give us smoother skin. Use a gentle scrub to slough off the dead and dry skin cell after the long winter months. Doing this step can also help other products such as moisturizer and sun block to absorb better and last longer.

The dry air of winter is gone and spring will leave you feeling lighter. Many of us tend to produce more oil during the warmer months and this feel heavy on the skin.   1. Double Cleansing

Adding a double cleansing step to the spring skincare routine will definitely make the world of difference. It is very simple actually. All you have to do is cleanse your skin twice. For the first cleanse, use a thicker cleanser balm to remove makeup and irritants. Next, you can either use the same cleanser if you have dry skin or a lighter foam one for oily or acne-prone skin.
