We have a 30-day return policy, which means all purchases made on www.ditoibeauty.com may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
You must email us via customer@ditoibeauty.com within 30 days of your order being placed to be eligible for a refund. If you contact our customer service team past 30 days of the date your order was placed, you are no longer eligible for a refund or replacement. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is only applicable for orders made on www.ditoibeauty.com, and not applicable to TikTok, Amazon orders or any purchase of Ditoi face towel products made through physical retailers.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase (Your order number).
CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellations before the item is shipped. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
RETURN PROCESS & REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
1. Contact us by e-mail: customer@ditoibeauty.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. When you receive a reply from our customer, it means your request for a return has been approved. Make sure the item is in its original condition and ship it back. Please send us the tracking number of the return package! We may fail to refund you without this information.
If the item is in good condition, the customers just no longer need it and want to return it, the customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
If the item is damaged or incorrect items, a return label(s) will be provided by our team for returns.
3. All of the returned items will be checked. We will refund you when we confirm that the product is in its original condition. And a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you are missing the good that you ordered, received the wrong item, or if the items of your order are damaged, we will gladly replace the product with shipping covered or give you a refund according to your choice.
You must provide our customer service team with a picture or video of the items you received and the box it was shipped in to be eligible for a free replacement.
